The Donna Brashears 10K Run / 5K Run/Walk for Cancer was created in loving memory of Donna Brashears, who died in December 2008 of lung cancer at the age of 58. The run is also for all of those before and after her that have also lost their lives to cancer. Proceeds from this run will support the American Cancer Society.
This event is an opportunity for those impacted by cancer to come together with their families, local businesses, and others in their community to increase awareness and raise funds to support the fight against cancer.
